Following the impact of the Aila cyclone and severe flooding, a one-time emergency food and blanket relief project was implemented to support families facing acute food insecurity and difficult living conditions.
Local Tree of Life leaders, in collaboration with community leaders, conducted a needs assessment and prepared beneficiary lists, prioritizing vulnerable families, including elderly people, widows, large economically disadvantaged families, and other affected households.
